International Council of Self-Esteem invites New Zealander on board with her WORLD FIRST!

Attitude Specialist , Janice Davies has been appointed the first NZ Representative for the International Council of Self Esteem. A charitable non-profit organization dedicated to sharing research, resources and information and strategies to enhance human effectiveness.

Janice is a professional conference speaker, business trainer, success coach and author and Vice President of National Speakers Association of NZ ( Auckland ). With delegates from over 70 countries in the world in the council, Janice has pulled together a world first by organizing New Zealand 's National Self-Esteem Day. Now in its 3 rd year, 28th June has been set for her event this year.

In Auckland, she's planning a morning of International Professional Speakers presenting to a business crowd. Around the rest of New Zealand, she's in the process of planning a marketing programme for people to do activities for themselves and others to boost their esteem at work, home and in the community.

Janice believes low self-esteem is one of the reasons we have many of our social, and educational problems, additionally, in the workplace there's underachievers and people lacking in the confidence to perform", she says. " The self-esteem day is an idea whose time has come - everyone can learn to believe in themselves!"

With 5 books on attitude, setting goals and esteem, Janice has set herself a goal to be on the Oprah Winfrey show within the next 5 years promoting this event. Her world-wide connections through the council are also interested in her esteem idea and with NZ seeing the awakening of each day, we can celebrate the event around the world for two days she says.

Already she has people from NZ companies asking what they can do at work on 28 th June and her promotion has begun. Until now, it's been voluntary and the only drawback says Janice, is that I've not yet found a sponsor who has the vision of creating the 'feel-good' factor with their present and future customers . Companies who sponsor this event are sponsoring New Zealand 's success and the chance to be involved internationally. It's a huge opportunity.
